Kandyse Mcclure born as Candice McClure on March 22nd, 1980 in Durban, South Africa is a famous Canadian film & television actress.

Kandyse grew up singing and dancing in her hometown Durban in South Africa. As a kid she was also fond of wearing different kinds of costumes. Soon after finishing her high school, Kandyse took up work at two Vancouver restaurants: Earls and Nando's Chickenland.

In 1999, when Kandyse was trying for a medical seat, she landed a role in Athol Fugard’s "Valley Song" which became famous and a sold-out play for every performance. Kandyse was then noticed by a talent scout Richard Lucas of Lucas Talent agency. The next thing Kandyse was signed with Lucas Talent Agency and soon began taking acting lessons.
